During my time with The Ropella Group (now Ropella 365), an executive search firm specializing in leadership roles across R&D and C-suite positions, I supported a wide range of corporate marketing and sales initiatives. My work focused on creating polished sales collateral including pitch decks, opportunity marketing pieces, and case studies that helped the sales team communicate value to prospective clients. I also contributed to special projects such as branded event materials, trade show itineraries, and unique client gifts, gaining experience across many facets of corporate design and marketing support.
This piece is a custom-created "OMP" for a client's specific search and used to attract the best passive candidates. This piece is a comprehensive 6 to 12-page pitch book filled with information about what’s exciting about the client's organization, products, and their markets, as well as a description of the culture and management style. It also includes your position description and a thorough overview of the location where the position is based. All this information was collected and compiled in a 3 day timeline starting with the "Opportunity Call" where the client would talk about some of the points we would compile into the job description and OMP. I as the Graphic Designer, did the research and compilation of these peices on a semi-regular basis. These were based off of several template pages that I also updated during my time with the company.
After a search was completed I would compile and categorize the Case Study comprised of the OMP and several other sales sheets.
