In March of 2025 I joined Control Service Company as their first Marketing Coordinator. Immediately I pitched multiple updates and changes to their current outward facing brand and throughout my tenure, kept up with Blogs, Website changes, internal organization between departments, social media, Marketing Campaigns, and Email Marketing. I thrive in environments where I am handed the reigns and given a good direction. I enjoy diving into the nitty gritty of a business and making it better from both the inside out and outside in. I believe that marketings' job is not only to change the outward perception of a business and make sustainable change in processes and alignment.
During the summer of 2025, I started a company newsletter to help bring together the employees and ensure certain initiatives from the sales team were visible for everyone in the company. This newsletter highlights activities, events, and calendar items for the team to be aware of. Spotlights employees who have gone above and beyond, this includes reviews from clients, birthdays, and anniversaries. And it highlights whatever marketing initiative or focus I have that month, as well as how those on job sites can help with those marketing initiatives.
